THE ROLE 

At Hellotickets, we’re looking for an action-driven and organized Supply Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Live Entertainment Supply team. This role will be essential in ensuring that events across concerts, sports and live events are properly listed, fully bookable, and ready for every on-sale opportunity.

You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and external distribution platforms to verify inventory quality, prepare high-demand events for on-sale, and maintain operational visibility through internal tools and dashboards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily Operations & Inventory Management

• Ensure key events are always ready for sale, with correct maps, pricing, and availability
  
  

• Liaise with platforms and ticketing partners to confirm timely setup and launch of on-sales
  
  

• Monitor listings for accuracy and completeness; flag and follow up on issues with internal teams (e.g., missing sections, price mismatches, or map display issues)
  
  

On-Sale & Campaign Readiness

• Prepare priority events for major on-sales, coordinating timelines with Product and Marketing
  
  

• Ensure supply for key campaigns is aligned across channels and correctly surfaced for promotion
  
  

Platform Operations & Tools

• Maintain supply dashboards and pipelines in Notion, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  
  

• Use Excel/Google Sheets and Metabase to support performance tracking and inventory control
  
  

• Respond to and manage B2B ticket requests, inventory allocations, or pricing adjustments

• Identify opportunities for process improvements across supply workflows

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with the Supply, Product, and Marketing teams
• Ensure relevant stakeholders are informed on supply status and campaign-readiness

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, product support, or inventory coordination roles
  
  

• Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets and confidence using collaborative tools like Notion, Slack, Metabase, ChatGPT
  
  

• Prior experience in the ticketing or live events industry is a plus
  
  

• Exceptionally organized, with outstanding task and time management
  
  

• Clear communicator with a strong ability to work proactively and remotely
  
  

• Action-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally

Languages

• English

• Spanish is a plus
