The Role

We’re looking for a creative and impact-driven Product Designer to shape the future of travel experiences at Hellotickets. You’ll transform complex ideas into intuitive, beautiful, and high-performing designs that make booking unforgettable experiences effortless for millions of users worldwide.

You’ll be the only Product Designer at Hellotickets, owning the full design process end to end and working closely with Product and Engineering to bring ideas to life.

What you’ll do

• Take inspiration from top travel and ticketing products and adapt what works best to Hellotickets’ style.

• Design user flows and interfaces that drive conversion.
  
  

• Move fast, focusing on impact over process.
  
  

• Work closely with Product and Engineering to ship and iterate based on data and real user feedback.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design for web-based e-commerce products.

• Strong visual sense and attention to aesthetics.

• Fast, pragmatic, and focused on applying what already works in the market.

• Ability to spot great design patterns and adapt them effectively to our visual language.

• Skilled in Figma and able to deliver high-quality mockups and components efficiently.

• Comfortable being the sole designer in a fast-growing company — hands-on, independent, and ready to take ownership.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

📍 Note: This is a fully remote position; however, the candidate must be based in Spain and hold a valid work permit.
